BioWare Makes the Best Trailers

I've spent more hours than I would care to admit watching last weeks E3 and videos that have surfaced from it. In all that time I've put in I have realized something I had a good idea about before; BioWare makes some damn good game trailers.

Let me pre-apologize for the videos that are age-gated. I know inputting your birthday in order to watch every video is not fun.

This is a trailer for Dragon Age: Origins; It's really good, but my least favorite out the trailers I'm going to post. Sure, the music in it doesn't really fit and the gameplay doesn't look like that, but it serves the purpose of creating interest in the game itself.

This is a trailer for Mass Effect from E3 07, a little throw back BioWare trailer. It packs in so much drama in so little time.

Another video from Mass Effect, this one is a TV spot, which I'm sure counts as a trailer. This little video got me so excited to play that game.

Finally, the big guns. This is probably the best video game trailer I have ever seen. I spend a decent amount of time watching trailers, so that's a big statement. If you're a Star Wars or gaming fan at all and this Star Wars:The Old Republic trailer didn't give you a nerdgasm then you probably already died from being over excited. An absolute must watch.

The only reason I think this is worthy of following the Star Wars trailer is because I'm more excited for this game to be released. When they said Mass Effect 2 was releasing in 2010 I was really hoping they meant the 2,010th day of life of a child that was born around December 23rd, 2003, (yeah, i did the math) because I want this game tomorrow.

Are You Excited for Prototype Yet?

If you know anything about Activision's upcoming game Prototype, this Story Trailer should get you even more excited for it.

Prototype - Breed Something New

And just in case you haven't seen Prototype at all yet here is a taste.

So yeah, it's really violent, and the helicopter looks the same no matter how you destroy it, but it still looks cool.
